The Four “Systems” You NEED to Grow + Manage a Profitable Online Service Based Business

I don’t know about you, but 2016 has been good to me. 2015 was trial and error. 2016 I birthed #operationgetshitdone and in 2017 I will elevate my business to the NEXT level. Why? Because now I know what works and does not work for service based online businesses. I have been in testing mode for three years, and I have a laundry list of do’s and don’ts.

I’ve had a few emotional breakdowns. Been filled with worry and doubt. And celebrated a lot of victories as well.

In just a few days we will enter into the last month of 2016, December.

I want to make sure that you are NOT spinning your wheels for the remainder of the year and beyond.

There are Four (4) Systems that you must have in place to run a profitable business period.

  1. Sales + Marketing. Yes, this is a system. You must have a plan in place to attract the right buyers and then have a way to process their request to work with you or purchase your products. Sure you can wing it, but why not create a systematic approach to doing this so that you can have a rinse and repeat process to follow. Having trouble with your marketing?   2. Client Onboarding. So many people skip this, and what’s worst, they don’t know what it is. It is vital to your ability to keep a client coming back for more and to have a pleasant experience if you do this the right way the first time. This will decrease buyers remorse and spark high engagement from the start.
  3. Fulfillment Game Plan. Yes, this is a THING, and it is a System. You must have a clear and concise action plan for how you service each and every client before you take their money. Yes, we are talking about the nonsexy stuff. If you want to stay in business and expand you must define and establish an order of operations. (How do you think I work with so many clients?)   4. Retention. I teach my clients how to reverse engineer everything. You shouldn’t start every month on zero. Most of your clientele should create reoccurring revenue for you. This is the first thing you should map out before you do anything in your business. What is your game plan to keep your clients happy?
